Beauty on the Beach

Submitted by

Beauty on the Beach 191x300 Beauty on the BeachLying in the sun in his seaweed bikini and facial mask for about 45 minutes, passers by envied this beach bum’s remarkable seaweed  beauty treatment.

Seaweed often an ingredient in facial masks and a staple in the Japanese diet, is one of those crazy sea vegetables containing  iron, folate, vitamin K, Iodine, magnesium and even some tryptophan (maybe this explain’s his slumber!)

This green stuff may also play a role in lowering the risk of estrogen related cancers such as breast cancer, of which Asian countries have a much lower rate.

So, if you want to incorporate more of this Asian favorite into your diet or beauty regime, here is a cookbook and a beauty book on Amazon.  I’m looking forward to researching this food/spa ingredient a little more myself.
