Kitchen Must Haves

I got my Vitamix 2 weeks ago and have used it at least once a day.  I’m officially in Love with this fabulous machine.

My kids are trying new foods too.  I told them just like the Lorax said in the movie, “It’s not what it is, it’s what it could be.”  At first, I would sneak the spinach in their smoothies and now they are asking me to put it in.  The now know that Spinach CAN BE yummy. The Vitamix adds at least 1 or 2 more vegetable servings into my kids diet per day.  This machine is seriously the best kitchen investment I have made in a long time.
