Is Holiday Stress Getting to You? It’s okay…

Tips to Combat Holiday Stress:

Remember to take some time out for yourself.
– Take a bath or long shower
– Read a book or browse through a magazine
Try to get to bed early.
Eat breakfast and lunch. (Cookies do not count.)
Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Bring Healthy snacks in your car or purse while out running errands.
Take a walk or do a Yoga class.
Have a glass of wine (note- 1 glass, preferable red, & NOT a bottle!)
Drink plenty of water (8- 8 oz glasses)
Take a Deep Breath
Do a Random Act of Kindness.
Watch a Holiday Movie like Frosty the Snowman!
If all else fails, have a little melt down and move on- just get it out of your system.
(Pent up stress can cause an array of ailments & you’ll feel better.)
Hug a friend or family member.
