You’re in good company — most clients arrive with a long history of dieting. The work isn’t about a new set of rules. It’s about learning to trust your body again, with the science to back you up.

Will you tell me to lose weight?

No. The focus is on health behaviors and genuine wellbeing — not the scale. If weight changes happen as a side effect of better habits, that’s yours to interpret. Weight loss is not the goal of this practice.

What’s your cancellation policy?
